Accounting Administrator (Part-Time)
Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual with a passion for administrative tasks?
We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Administrator to join our clients' small but really great team. Our client is an established accounting firm located on the Southside of Cork City. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of their practice, particularly in the areas of Revenue Online Service (ROS) and Companies Registration Office (CRO) compliance.
This position will be part-time, permanent and based fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for clients, greet clients and assist with bookings.
Maintain and update client database.
Add new clients and modify existing information as necessary.
Proactively follow up on registrations and other processes.
Efficiently manage ROS and CRO filings.
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Manage office supplies and stationery, placing orders as required.
Undertake general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Accurately input data into Excel spreadsheets and their accounting software.
Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks.
Experience/Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, strong Excel and Word skills
Ability to multi task .and work in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration Package
Salary €30,000-€35,000 - Pro Rata
Parking
Flexible working arrangements to accommodate your needs, totalling 16 hours per week.
