Your Role:
As the Procurement Lawyer, you'll play a pivotal role in:
- Contract Management: Overseeing, reviewing, and negotiating key contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Data Protection & GDPR
- Framework Agreements: Developing and managing strategic agreements with subcontractors.
- External Counsel: Collaborating with legal experts across various jurisdictions.
- Legal Awareness: Educating business and project teams on contractual matters.
- Corporate Law: Supporting the Head of Legal on diverse legal issues, including corporate, data protection, compliance, and employment law.
- Team Development: Contributing to the growth and visibility of the legal team.

Ideal Candidate:
- Procurement Law Expertise: 3 years plus of experience in construction law, ideally with a mix of contentious and non-contentious work.
- Strong Drafting Skills: Excellent ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the construction industry and its unique legal challenges.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with both legal and non-legal colleagues.

Desirable Qualifications:
- In-House Experience: Prior experience working in an in-house legal department.
