About the Position
Are you a strategic business partner with a proven track record of aligning business objectives with people strategies? Our client, a leading multi-national are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with executive leadership to deliver impactful HR solutions that drive organizational performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and optimising talent management.
We are ideally looking for candidates who are immediately available
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:
Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their challenges and develop tailored HR solutions.
Talent Management:
Implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring the organization has the right people in the right roles.
Organizational Change:
Lead and support change initiatives, minimizing disruption and maximizing employee engagement.
Performance Management:
Drive high performance by implementing effective performance management systems and coaching leaders.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Data-Driven Insights:
Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Experience/Requirements
Proven HR generalist experience with a strong business acumen.
Minimum of five years HR experience with five of those working at a senior business partner level
Degree in HR and CIPD
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Experience in a complex matrix organisation
Change management expertise and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Have to ability to work conceptually considering the future people plan as well as having the focus to execute
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
Ability to contribute to the development of the overall function strategy and vision
Remuneration Package
€70,000 - €90,000 plus extensive benefits package
