Our client is seeking sharp and organised Executive Assistants to join their dynamic team! You'll provide top-notch support to Directors across either two exciting areas - Business, Public Sector & Transport and Research & Policy Insights.
Key Responsibilities
This is more than just an assistant role. You'll be a strategic partner, keeping things running smoothly and helping shape Ireland's energy future.
Here's a glimpse into your day:
Manage Director's schedule: Be the master of organisation, ensuring their day runs efficiently.
Coordinate meetings & projects: Plan agendas, track action items, and keep everyone on track.
Liaise with stakeholders: Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Drive results: Support research, reports, and presentations that impact national energy policy.
Experience/Requirements
Either :
A qualification at Level 8 on the NFQ (i.e. honours degree or higher) in business, finance, accounting or related area and a minimum of 3 years’ directly relevant experience working in in the area of Executive Assistant support.
OR
A qualification at Level 7 on the NFQ (i.e. ordinary degree) in either business, finance, accounting or related area and a minimum of 5 years’ directly relevant experience working in in the area of Executive Assistant support.
Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills (Microsoft Office 365).
Great writing and project managing skills.
A passion for sustainability is a plus!
Remuneration Package
Candidates should note that this is a fixed salary of 50,000 per annum. This will not be subject to negotiation.
