Inside Sales Representative

Customer Support Executive 

Salary & Benefits

OTE of €50,000+ uncapped and the opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding company.

The Role

- Identify and create newly qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads
- To engage with customers through e-mail and telephone to analyse their needs
- Work with the marketing and sales teams on lead quality and customer interaction
- Develop new leads and manage the existing client base
- Send monthly communication to customer base through targeted marketing strategies
- Act as a trusted resource for internal and external contracts

Skills & Requirements

- 3rd level education required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years previous experience in outbound sales would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high energy sales environment
- Should be customer focused, action orientated, innovative and collaborative

Salary & Benefits

€22,000 - €24,000 and the opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding company.

The Role

- Engage with customers over the phone providing the highest-level of customer support possible
- Manage customer relationships, providing product insight and support to ensure the best possible experience
- Work closely with Customer Support and Product Development to assist delivery of any new features
- Proactively identify areas of business process improvement designed to enhance the overall customer experience
- Act as primary support liaison between company and customer

Skills & Requirements

- Will have: 1-2 years’ previous customer support experience is advantageous
- Work independently in a fast-paced customer support environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational, time management and problem solving skills
- Fluent written & spoken English is a must
- Attention to detail and the ability to work logically, consistently and accurately
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Relevant qualification from a business or marketing related discipline preferable
