Our Story
Established in Dublin in 1998, Brightwater originally specialised in recruitment for accountancy and finance roles. We grew organically to include other specialisms in order to meet client requirements and now have 45 staff (including 30 consultants) across the island of Ireland.
In 2018, the Brightwater Group went through an MBO led by then Managing Director Barbara McGrath, Finance Director John O'Donnell and Executive Search Director Estelle Davis. We acquired Mentors in 2019, Alternatives in late 2021 and Raretec Recruitment in 2022.
In January 2023, Gareth Fleming was appointed Managing Director and Jean O'Donovan was appointed Deputy Managing Director.
