What has been your success so far?
Working with the team in Cork has contributed to my success their support and willingness to help has made the change into recruitment easy and enjoyable

What was your background before Brightwater?
I was membership executive at the Cork Chamber of Commerce

What made you think about a career in recruitment?
I have always been in sales roles and thought this would be a good move for me, the opportunity was there so I went for it

What was the process like?
The process was second to none, I met the team in Cork before my first day in the office which made day one easier as I was meeting familiar faces

What skills do you think have helped you most as a recruitment consultant?
My sales experience and my ability to build relationships with client's you need to understand the hiring needs and understanding what drives an individual in the workplace this enables me to successfully match the right candidates with the right jobs

Now having worked as a recruitment consultant, how does the role differ from what you expected?
I am enjoying it more than I expected and that’s down to my team
