Our latest event in Cork in Workbench on the morning of February 22nd was a breakfast and discussion by Derval O’Rourke on the subject health and well-being

Derval is one of Cork’s finest exports and one of Ireland’s most decorated athletes with 5 major international medals to her name as a world class hurdler.
Derval is in a very elite group of Irish world champions. She was World Indoor Champion in 2006 as she kicked off her career. She went on to add 2 European Championship outdoor medals and 2 European Indoor Championships medals to this over her career
After her retirement, Derval set about educating the Irish public on how to eat healthy, tasty and simple food with her first book Food for the Fast Lane. It went on to become a number one best seller. She followed this up with the equally successful "The Fit Foodie".
