This eagerly anticipated event in every HR & Employment Law specialist's calendar is taking place in Croke Park, Dublin on the 12th May and has an exciting line-up of speakers. 
With the Irish economy steadily improving, employers have a renewed focus on getting the best from their employees. At this year’s conference, IBEC provides a masterclass in how to evaluate your employee’s performance at work. The conference will examine best practice in performance management; expose some of the approaches which have fallen afoul of the employment rights bodies in the past and highlight the factors which may impact upon how an individual can be managed, whether by reason of protected leave or implications of the Employment Equality Acts 1998 to 2015.
