Tax Manager (Cork City)
Our client is a highly successful and progressive advisory firm of accountants and tax consultants, with offices based in Cork and Dublin. They are currently looking to appoint an experienced tax professional at Manager level. The role will report directly into the Tax Partner and will offer an excellent progression opportunity. The role would be Cork-based. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple tax heads, with a particular focus on corporation tax. Some flexible/hybrid working is available with this permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and private individuals.
• Review tax returns of junior staff members
• Research legislation and provide technical advice to clients.
• Billing and WIP management.
• Working with the wider management team to identify new business opportunities in the local market. 
• Coach and mentor junior members of the tax team.

Key Requirements:

• CTA Qualified ideally.
• Circa 5+ years relevant tax experience in Ireland
• Competent in managing a portfolio of clients.
• Experience managing junior staff members.
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal.

Remuneration Package €65000 - €80,000 plus benefits.
