A highly regarded Dublin Real Estate practice is looking to hire a motivated Associate to provide exceptional legal advice and support to our expanding client base.
Thanks to a deep understanding of the real estate sector, the team pride themselves on the ability to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients. With a strong track record and an experienced team, they've built a reputation for delivering first class legal solutions that meets our clients' diverse needs.
From the outset this opportunity will provide a high level of client contact and the chance to play a pivotal role in supporting a range of commercial real estate matters, as the team continue to win larger and more complex cross boarder mandates.

About the Company

Acting for two of the pillar banks in Ireland as well as several other lenders as well as pension trustees and wealth management companies
Providing practical commercial solutions to our clients’ needs
Advising lenders, companies and individuals on all aspects of secured and unsecured lending
Advise in relation to general banking matters 
Advising on specialist structuring of loan transactions involving trusts and other structures • Advising on a range of lease finance agreements
Advising on issues relating to distressed loans and restructuring loans and security Advising on all aspects of property transactions and the various types of ownership structures
Drafting facility letters and loan agreements
Advising on Security arrangements
Representing client companies in the acquisitions of property for use in connection with their business
Acting for landlords, tenants and lenders in relation to commercial leases

Experience/Requirements 

Solicitor with 2 - 5 years PQE from a reputable Conveyancing or Commercial Property or Real Estate related role 
Practical experience gained in commercial lending or a background in commercial property would also be desirable
