Business Development Manager
Newly created role for an experienced BtoB Business Development Manager with a background in refrigeration sales. This role is due to expansion and is a nationwide role. It is a mix of Key Account Management and finding new clients to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities by seeking out new markets, clients, partnerships, or product and service offerings
Build strong relationships with new clients by understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions
Maintain and develop existing client relationships
Pitch company goods and services to both new and existing clients
Attend conferences, trade shows and industry gatherings to build relationships with industry partners
Keep up-to-date about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Create sales forecasts and actively work towards achieving them.
Stay informed about competitors’ offerings and industry positioning.
Work with marketing to ensure all offerings are open and transparent on the social media channels and websites.
Experience/Requirements
A degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least five years’ experience in a similar
Experience in refrigeration sales
Excellent level of verbal and written communication skills.
Good networking skills in order to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Remuneration Package
€60,000 - 70,000
