The Investment Compliance team is vital to the risk management framework, supporting the organization's investment risk infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a rule coding team providing services to both internal and external clients.
• Coordinate system development requests with stakeholders.
• Offer regulatory guidance on fund and client needs in Luxembourg & Ireland.
• Lead or join projects related to new regulations in risk management.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are understood, communicated, and accurately implemented.
• Monitor rule coding infrastructure to address key risk areas and improve service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients both internally and externally.
• Manage large system migrations involving investment compliance and portfolio management.

What We Value

• 5-7 years of relevant experience with people management.
• Expertise in rule coding and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in implementing and migrating investment compliance tools.
• Familiarity with order and investment management systems.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant degree in economics, finance, risk, or compliance.
• CFA, FRM, or MSc in Finance or Technology preferred.
