Institutional Client Services Manager

Role Overview:

Responsible for daily client servicing within the Institutional Client Services Team. This role involves close collaboration with the Institutional Sales Team, supporting institutional clients across multiple regions. The candidate will act as the main contact point between Sales, clients, and internal support departments.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Institutional Client Take-On processes, ensuring successful completion and stakeholder communication.
• Handle and monitor client requests, including claims, tracking them to resolution.
• Manage client KYC documentation throughout the business relationship.
• Timely production and delivery of client reports.
• Communicate significant inflows/outflows to relevant departments.
• Manage invoicing processes and fee statements.
• Contribute to weekly institutional update meetings.
• Record constraints from investment management agreements.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Key Qualities:

• Experience in investment management client service, prioritizing institutional clients.
• Onboarding experience preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in institutional client servicing in asset management.
• Fluency in English, additional European languages advantageous.
