My client are looking for a highly motivated solicitor to join their growing legal team. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the legal landscape for a high-growth company, ensuring successful commercial operations.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the legal champion for various departments.
Draft and negotiate key agreements, including contracts for services, talent acquisition, intellectual property rights, and more.
Provide critical legal counsel on rights and clearance issues for the company's endeavors.
Refine and enhance legal templates to optimize efficiency within the legal team.
Lead and mentor the legal executive, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Offer insightful legal advice on a range of commercial matters, such as leases, NDAs, and employment issues.
Navigate shareholder and board approvals with confidence and clarity.
Ensure meticulous corporate compliance and maintain accurate statutory records.
Keep internal policies and procedures up-to-date and readily accessible.
Apply your skills and experience to contribute to the company's success.
Who You Are:
A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years of PQE (post-qualification experience).
A passion for the legal field and a strong desire to contribute to a growing company.
Prior experience with company secretarial matters and regulatory compliance (a plus!).
A sharp legal mind with a deep understanding of licensing and copyright law (relevant).
Proven ability to draft clear, concise commercial agreements.
A meticulous eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.
The ability to take initiative, prioritize effectively, and manage projects to completion.
Excellent communication skills, adept at explaining complex legal matters with clarity.
A commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach.
Experience with international transactions (a plus!).
A friendly, professional demeanor with exceptional relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications.
