Trade Management Specialist

Why This Role Matters
The Trade Management Team plays a crucial role in supporting Investments by facilitating the trading process and acting as a bridge between Trading desks and Back office functions. They oversee the Trade Matching and Settlement process for all Equity transactions, ensuring accurate and timely reflection of investment decisions in the NAV of their funds.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with brokers to resolve trade-related issues.
- Collaborate with traders and escalate issues with brokers when necessary.
- Monitor trade settlement status, investigating any issues with brokers or custodians.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Client Services, and internal teams to resolve trade flow queries or issues.
- Cultivate relationships with all involved third parties, including Custodians, Fund accountants, and brokers.
- Participate in broker or third-party reviews to address any problems.
- Investigate and resolve interest claims resulting from trade flow issues.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Motivated and adaptable to changing work environments and tight deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and qualifications.
- Previous experience in Trade Matching and Settlement with knowledge of swift and settlement workflows.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle and implications on NAV calculation.
- Knowledge of OMGEO and Alert systems desirable.
- Fluent in English, with French as an added advantage (not mandatory).
*Note: Team coverage required until 11pm, shared on a rotational basis (average one week each month, optional).
Remuneration
This role offers a salary of up to €50,000 plus benefits.
Hybrid Working. Dublin.
