Part-time Administrator - fully remote
About the Position
Our client, a leading electrical wholesaler are looking for part-time HR administrator to work 20-30 hours a week spread over five days. This role can be fully remote. Successful candidates
must have experience with Softworks
- this is essential. This role will commence as a contract view a to permanency.
Immediate start required
Key Responsibilities
Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on terms & conditions of employment, HR policies/procedures & processes. Diagnose & resolve first line employment relations queries, in line with employment legislation and internal policy and procedures.
Process monthly HR transactional work, including new starter workflows, employment contracts and reference checking, employee change/leaver processes, ensuring these are administered accurately and passed to Payroll within deadlines set. Conducting spot checks to ensure compliance.
Administer family friendly processes including maternity and paternity leave, collating required documentation, producing template letters and monitoring/communication of pay related dates to Payroll.
Devising and arranging monthly training plans, maintaining training records with the opportunity to deliver induction training.
Provide HR administration support to the Senior Leadership team, producing template letters and providing data, information, and reports as required.
Maintain electronic employee files; scanning, filing and archiving documents accurately in line with electronic filing protocol and data protection requirements.
Experience/Requirements
Experience using Softworks – candidates who don’t have Softworks experience will not be considered
2-3 years HR Administrator/Advisory experience
Recognised professional HR qualification
Full driver’s licence required.
A good understanding of HR practice, employment law and legislative changes.
Experience in dealing with grievance and disciplinary matters and general employee engagement matters.
Remuneration Package
€35,000 pro rata
