Are you ready to head up an Infrastructure tech team in a global company dedicated to a sustainable future? An industry leader in low-carbon solutions for heating, cooling, and ventilation, driven by 'Empower Now' Sustainability strategy-are looking for an experienced Head of Infrastructure to join and head up their Infrastructure team and work alongside their Head of ERP and Head of Security across their Global projects.

The Role

Title: Head of Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Infrastructure Engineers.
• Manage global IT infrastructure projects for Data Centres, Azure, Servers, Networks, Storage, and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with Security and ERP teams to ensure secure and reliable systems.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for Cloud, on-premise servers, Networks, WAN, and Microsoft 365.
• Implement a zero-trust WAN solution.
• Drive Cloud migration and consolidate O365 tenants.
• Advise on infrastructure for new manufacturing facilities.
• Oversee infrastructure projects in line with Group and IT Strategy.
• Mentor and manage the infrastructure team.
• Ensure rigorous Change and Incident management processes.
• Apply a security-first approach in collaboration with the Group Security function.
• Manage KPIs and SLAs for system performance.
• Maintain robust backup processes for on-premise and Cloud systems.
• Oversee maintenance and patching schedules.
• Manage the Group Infrastructure budget and external partner relationships.

About You

Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years in Infrastructure management.
• Expertise in Cybersecurity operations.
• Proficient in managing on-premise data centres and Azure.
• Experienced in NOC/SOC and security/network monitoring tools.
• Skilled in managing KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of strategic roadmap creation and project delivery.
