HR Administrator

About the Position

Are you a recent HR Masters Graduate looking to launch your career in HR? If so we have the ideal role for you, our client, a firm in Dublin 2 are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their HR operations team. This is a varied role providing exposure to elements of HR and will be a hybrid position. This will commence as a contract with a view to permanency

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of the Promotion process

  • Support the Performance Development team with the Performance Development process  

  • Involved in HR Reporting/Metrics such as assisting with people related reports for the business on a weekly basis

  • Manage the pre-screening of staff

  • Maintaining and updating data to ensure accurate HR records and documentation

  • Involvement in ad-hoc HR projects

Experience/Requirements

  • A Masters degree in HR
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is essential, as well as other MS applications
  • Excellent communication skills to include written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi task
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills is essential

Remuneration Package

€30,000 - €35,000 plus benefits
