About the Position
Are you a recent HR Masters Graduate looking to launch your career in HR? If so we have the ideal role for you, our client, a firm in Dublin 2 are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their HR operations team. This is a varied role providing exposure to elements of HR and will be a hybrid position. This will commence as a contract with a view to permanency
Key Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of the Promotion process
Support the Performance Development team with the Performance Development process
Involved in HR Reporting/Metrics such as assisting with people related reports for the business on a weekly basis
Manage the pre-screening of staff
Maintaining and updating data to ensure accurate HR records and documentation
Involvement in ad-hoc HR projects
Experience/Requirements
A Masters degree in HR
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is essential, as well as other MS applications
Excellent communication skills to include written and verbal communication
Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi task
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills is essential
Remuneration Package
€30,000 - €35,000 plus benefits
