Employee Relations Business Partner

About the Role:

A great Employee Relations Business Partner role to make the most of your employee relations and hr operations skills in a fantastic company that truly help, support and empower people to overcome barriers that impede their independence and participation in society. This is a permanent role with only two days onsite in our client’s office in West Dublin. If you are looking for something new and sick of the run of the mill day in day out work – a cog in the wheel and not really making the impact you would like in your current company, this will be refreshing for you.  It has everything you need, supportive environment, great culture, fast moving, dedicated teams and huge stability. It also offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leadership on critical HR initiatives

So, what would be fantastic to see from you would be that you're a predominantly a HR Business Partner who has extensive employee relations experience and ideally have some WRC exposure. You will need to have a demonstrable track record of navigating complex situations and achieving successful resolutions, coupled with extensive knowledge of Irish and EU employment law.  A background in healthcare or a similarly fast-paced environment is highly desirable. Degree in HR/Business and CIPD qualification also required.

  • Salary - €55,000 to €65,000, plus pension, on-site parking, a great annual leave allowance and many other little goodies! Hybrid model 2 days a week in the office with great flexibility on start and finish times
 
Interview process involves a "Get to know you chat" followed by a face to face and a culture fit interview. All in all, 2 rounds maximum.
