About the Position
We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR professional to join the team as an HR Business Partner supporting regional operations. In this key role, you will be the go-to HR expert for our Operational Managers, fostering a positive work environment and navigating any employee relations challenges.

You are passionate about building strong relationships with employees and managers, proactively addressing concerns, and fostering a culture of open communication and trust.

You possess a deep understanding of HR policies, contracts, and the employee handbook, providing clear and actionable guidance to managers on these matters.
A
Collaborative Partner:
You excel at building strong working relationships with Operational Managers, collaborating with them to resolve employee issues, coach them on best practices, and ensure a smooth employee experience.
A
Travel-Ready Resource:
You are comfortable traveling to different locations within the Operational Region to provide on-site HR support and guidance.
A
Recruitment Pro:
You are a valuable asset to the recruitment process, advising managers on strategies, job descriptions, and offer negotiations.
An
Induction Expert:
You play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires by supporting the delivery of induction training.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also contribute to broader HR functions, including:
Maintaining HR information systems, records, and databases.
Generating reports for the HR team, National Office departments, and Operational areas.
Liaising with the HR Shared Service area on various administrative tasks.
Supporting the coordination of the Pension and Employee Assistance schemes within the region.
Experience/Requirements
Third-level HR qualification (e.g., Bachelor's degree in HR Management, CIPD qualification).
Minimum 3 years' experience as a HR Generalist or Business Partner providing HR advice and support, with a demonstrable focus on employee relations.
Strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Remuneration Package
€50,000 - €60,000 plus benefits
