Learning and Development Administrator
About the Position
My client, a leading Non-profit organization, performs very important work across the country and in the heart of local communities providing services and support for the needs of all people within their community. They now require a Learning and Development Administrator to join their HR team, this will be a remote role with travel required to the regional offices.
This role supports the organisation and delivery of training courses and coordinating the data flow. This will be a remote role that requires
Key Responsibilities
Organize, promote, and manage training events:
Analyze data for course needs.
Plan, set up, and deliver training.
Manage logistics (equipment, materials, certificates).
Assist with marketing and communication.
Manage incoming mail, calls, and emails.
Draft correspondence for participants.
Maintain course materials and stock.
Order training supplies.
Maintain learning & development data:
Manage the L&D system, ensuring data accuracy.
Update and audit L&D records (electronic and paper).
Create training event records in Salesforce.
Provide weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders.
Develop report templates with IT.
Experience/Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a HR administration or L&D administration role
Ability to multitask and experience of working in a busy and varied role where the ability to prioritise workload is essential.
Experience of using databases.
Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
Experience of working with Microsoft Office packages.
Remuneration Package
€30,000 - €35,000 plus benefits
