About the Company
Our client are a dynamic strategic communications and public affairs consultancy and are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. Based in Dublin 6, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office, providing administrative and reception support across all departments.
About the Position
The day-to-day of this Office Administrator role would be a mix of reception duties, administrative tasks, some bookkeeping, HR support and everything in-between. This is an all-rounder position, and the successful candidate will be flexible, adaptable and enjoy being the core support to the team.
Overall, it's a fast-paced role where you'll wear many hats but it also offers variety and the chance to be a key part of a successful team.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and direct them accordingly.
Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and room bookings.
Assist colleagues with tasks like diary management, travel arrangements, and presentations.
Contribute to a positive client experience by assisting with client gifts.
Maintain databases and perform general research.
Provide support with accounts payable and receivable (including invoicing, payments, & petty cash).
Manage office supplies and oversee facility maintenance.
Collaborate with HR in new employee onboarding.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience/Requirements
Minimum Level 6 business qualification (or 1+ years' relevant experience).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong computer literacy.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work independently.
Proactive and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Remuneration Package
This a part time position (23-25 hours per week). This role will be a great fit for candidates looking for flexibility with working hours also. The salary for this position is up to €32,000 pro rata.
