Part-Time Office Administrator 

About the Company

Our client are a dynamic strategic communications and public affairs consultancy and are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. Based in Dublin 6, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office, providing administrative and reception support across all departments.

About the Position

The day-to-day of this Office Administrator role would be a mix of reception duties, administrative tasks, some bookkeeping, HR support and everything in-between. This is an all-rounder position, and the successful candidate will be flexible, adaptable and enjoy being the core support to the team. 
Overall, it's a fast-paced role where you'll wear many hats but it also offers variety and the chance to be a key part of a successful team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and direct them accordingly.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and room bookings.
  • Assist colleagues with tasks like diary management, travel arrangements, and presentations.
  • Contribute to a positive client experience by assisting with client gifts.
  • Maintain databases and perform general research.
  • Provide support with accounts payable and receivable (including invoicing, payments, & petty cash).
  • Manage office supplies and oversee facility maintenance.
  • Collaborate with HR in new employee onboarding.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Requirements

  • Minimum Level 6 business qualification (or 1+ years' relevant experience).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong computer literacy.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Remuneration Package

This a part time position (23-25 hours per week). This role will be a great fit for candidates looking for flexibility with working hours also. The salary for this position is up to €32,000 pro rata.
