Are you a highly organised and strategic professional seeking a meaningful role?
A prominent national charity focused on empowering individuals with disabilities seeks a skilled and results-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
About the Position
- Serve as the CEO's primary point of contact, managing their schedule, communications, and confidential information.
- Proactively anticipate needs, prepare high-quality presentations and reports, and manage Board and stakeholder interactions.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and supervising administrative staff.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Experience/Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive experience as a senior Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a keen eye for detail.
- A commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence.
Remuneration Package
Salary of: €45,000-€49,000 DOE
