Trade Support Analyst - Investment Operations

The Trade Support Analyst is a key member of the Investment Operations team, responsible for overseeing the entire post-trade lifecycle. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in Investment Operations or Middle Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational excellence by managing post-trade activities, including portfolio onboarding, reconciliation, and ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
• Leverage expertise in BlackRock Solutions Aladdin and Bloomberg to optimize operations and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the broader investment team to protect and manage the company's assets.
• Employ strong analytical skills to resolve trade discrepancies and enhance data quality.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to post-trade processes and systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Investment Operations or Middle Office with a deep understanding of fixed income markets.
• A strong passion for data analysis and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
