About the Company

A leading Financial Advisory firm based in Cork is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team.

About the Position

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and sales support across Protection, Pensions, and Investments. This role is pivotal in ensuring high levels of compliance, efficient pipeline management, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling application submissions and liaising with life companies.
  • Managing case pipelines and commission reconciliation.
  • Delivering exceptional client service and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.

Experience/Requirements

  • APA in Pensions and Investments essential.
  • QFA qualified or working towards qualification.
  • Previous experience in Financial Services Industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Remuneration Package

€30,000 - €38,000 DOE
