About the Position

Calling All IT Helpdesk Pros: Thrive in Dublin’s City Centre with a 4-Day Onsite Schedule with a Global Team!

Are you passionate about IT support and ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, internationally focused organisation? We're looking for a talented IT Service Desk Administrators to join our clients IT Division and be the first line of support for their global team.

Work Details:
  • 4 days a week onsite in the heart of Dublin City Centre.
  • Permanent role with a €40K base salary.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch 1st line technical support across software, devices, networks, and AV systems.
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues, ensuring efficient and timely resolutions.
  • Manage and support Multi-Function Devices, Audio/Video units, and track IT assets.
  • Enhance service desk efficiency by identifying recurring issues and refining processes.
  • Assist with hardware procurement, deployment, and configuration.
  • Engage with end users, share IT knowledge, and support virtual and in-person meetings.

Experience/Requirements

  • Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Solid Microsoft Windows background and familiarity with Office 365, MS Teams, and more.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a busy IT team.

Remuneration Package

  • Permanent role with a €40K base salary.
