Legal Counsel
Are you a qualified solicitor/lawyer and are seeking a dynamic and challenging role in the legal field?
We are currently looking for a talented Legal Counsel to join a growing team in the Dublin market. 2 days in office and 3 home based.
About the Role:
Reporting to the General Counsel as a Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in advising our business on a wide range of legal matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic legal advice and direction to project teams
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal agreements
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborating with senior management and business leaders
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a qualified solicitor in private practice or in-house
- Strong understanding of the Insurance, Banking or Financial Services sector and its legal and regulatory framework
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Team-oriented and proactive approach
