About the Position
Do you have a passion for using data to drive positive change?
We're seeking two talented individuals to join a dynamic Data & Insights department. In this role, you'll be a vital contributor, transforming complex energy data into actionable insights that shape sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Here's a glimpse of what you'll do:

Develop and maintain powerful analytical models to optimize energy efficiency and sustainability.

Craft new analytical tools using cutting-edge technologies like Python and Power BI.

Play a key role in shaping national energy projections to inform future strategies.

Analyze program data to assess impact and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Develop clear and concise reports and data visualizations to empower informed decision-making.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data quality and accessibility.

Stay ahead of the curve by identifying data gaps and emerging trends in the energy sector.
Experience/Requirements
We're looking for someone who ideally:

Holds a postgraduate degree in a relevant field like computer science, statistics, or engineering.

Boasts at least four years of experience wielding data analysis tools.

Has a pythonic command of programming languages.

Can confidently query databases using SQL and similar languages.
-
Possesses a knack for transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives.

Thrives in a collaborative environment and fosters positive working relationships.

Shares our passion for climate action and building a sustainable future.
Bonus points if you have:

A deep understanding of the energy sector and its data landscape.

Experience building data pipelines and optimizing data storage solutions.

Familiarity with version control tools and cloud services for data processing.

A proven track record of building strong relationships with external clients.
Remuneration Package
A generous rate in line with experience will be on offer to suitable candidates.
This role can be fully remote in Ireland.
