About the Company

We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager for energy projects based in Leinster. This client works in both the domestic and commercial sector and has projects based in different locations across Leinster. This client manages and delivers large scale projects from the planning stage to handover and has expertise in renewable energy and energy usage. They work in retrofit and insulation related projects.
They have recently been successful in securing a number of upgrade and expansion projects across the sector in Dublin and are looking for a Project Manager with construction experience to manage projects in Leinster. You will also be involved in preliminary surveys of new sites. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a sector that is as important to the consumer as it is to the environment. Exposure to SEAI projects would be an advantage.

About the Position

As the Project Manager for this program, you will have full life cycle management of this project. You will work closely with the project manager and the site teams team ensure the delivery of these project.

Experience/Requirements 

Within this role you will be involved in

  • Team Lead of construction projects.  

  • Team leading and team management across all aspects of Engineering on projects.

  • Manage team meetings and progress status updates.

  • Review of exiting plans and update for the client where needed.

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Preliminary site surveys

  • Ensure Health & Safety is a focus on all projects

  • Manage both domestic and commercial projects.

  • Monitor the schedules and time scales regarding design and delivery.

  • Manage junior engineer to ensure the project runs smoothly

  • Deliver information to the client in a timely manner

  • Generate regular report on the project status.

  • Liaise with local authorities on planning issues

  • Knowledge of the SEAI Grants Schemes and previous experience working in this area.

 
For this role you are required to have;

  • A min or 3-5 years project management experience in construction

  • A safe pass

  • Experience in construction

  • Experience in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Projects

  • A self-starter and the ability to manage multiple projects as any given time.

  • A full clean driving license.
