Customer Service Agent - Personal Lines

Looking  for an APA qualified Customer Service Agent with Personal Lines experience to work for a leading Irish Insurance company based in Dublin. This is a hybrid role offering a bonus and other great benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across all sections of personal lines including Renewals, and  adjustments and deal with  after sales customer enquiries 
• Build rapport with customers  and retain existing business while working towards renewal retention targets 
• Ensure all data is kept up to date on applied relay systems 
• Deal with all customer requests in an efficient manner

Experience/Requirements

• At least 1 years experience in personal lines
• Minimum APA qualified or working towards APA 
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment   

Remuneration Package

• €30 -38000
• Performance bonus
