Commercial Operations Executive
Dublin 8 - Hybrid (2 days onsite) - 12 Month Contract - January Start - Salary up to €40,000 per annum
About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Operations Executive to join our clients team. Whatever your title now, we are looking for candidates who enjoy administration, with strong focus on data, reporting and numbers. This role contributes to the strategic direction of their organisation and plays a key role in overseeing their commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage a robust governance framework for their commercial operations.
Prepare and analyse performance reports for key stakeholders.
Oversee document management and control processes.
Assist in the administration and management of revenue collections and internal controls.
Support audits of commercial operations and external service providers.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, outsourced operators, and government departments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal project delivery.
Experience/Requirements
Third-level qualification in accounting or similar or related experience - minimum 5 years.
Strong understanding of business performance reporting and data management.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, numerical and IT skills.
Some experience in finance and accounting procedures, including reporting and data analysis.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with the culture and organisation of state agencies and operators.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Remuneration Package
This is a 12 month contract, with a salary of up to €40,000, paid weekly,
37.5h working week, 23 days annual leave
Hybrid Working Model - 2 days onsite 3 days WFH
