HR Data and Performance Specialist
Our client, a well-known consultancy company, is currently recruiting for a HR Data and Performance Analyst. This is a really exciting time to join the business as they are going through a huge growth and transformation and the role will provide great exposure and opportunities. This role requires candidates who has three years of experience in a large organisation and also have a genuine interest in working with data with a view to maximising reporting capabilities across the organisation and also have an interest in AI
Key Responsibilities:
Data-Driven Insights:
Leverage data analytics to uncover valuable insights and optimize HR processes.
AI and Automation:
Explore and implement innovative AI solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management cycle, from goal setting to reviews and calibrations.
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and deliver insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Project Management:
Contribute to various HR projects, from start to finish.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to relevant HR regulations and standards.
What You'll Need:
A strong academic background in HR, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment in a large organisation.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
A keen interest in technology and a desire to learn new tools and techniques specifically AI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
