Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a leading healthcare organization with multiple sites, is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of roles and contribute to the organization's continued success. This is an exceptionally busy role where sourcing experience and Knowledge of work permits and stamps are essential. This role will be based fully onsite in south Dublin for the first six months and will then move to a hybrid position
What you'll do:

• Source and Secure Top Talent: Dive into the talent pool, both domestically and internationally, to identify and attract exceptional candidates.
• Navigate the Global Talent Landscape: Master the complexities of work permits and immigration processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for international hires.
• Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and guide them through the entire recruitment journey.
• Optimize the Recruitment Process: Streamline recruitment processes, leverage cutting-edge technology, and analyze data to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to create a positive and engaging recruitment experience.

• Proven Recruitment Expertise: 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within healthcare or professional services.
• International Recruitment Savvy: A deep understanding of international recruitment practices, including work permit and visa processes.
• End-to-End Recruitment Mastery: A solid grasp of the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in candidate management systems, social media platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, influence others, and articulate ideas clearly.
