Drivers - Cork

Our client based in Blarney, are looking for drivers from Monday to Friday.  This is a fantastic opportunity in a supportive culture and candidates are required to have a full driving licence, experience doing deliveries and know the Cork area. This be a six-month contract initially with a view to extension, immediate start required.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting there freight each morning in their bay
• Van scanning each package correctly and loading it into their van.
• Planning their route for all deliveries and collections,
• Delivering all packages in a professional manner 
• Keeping in contact with the office if any issues with deliveries/collections or scanners
• Completing all collections correctly and in the timeframe they have been booked on for
• returning to the warehouse each evening on time with all items delivered and all collections processed and paperwork pulled.
• Unloading the van onto designated area and parking up the van.
• Keeping the van in a good and tidy manner

Experience/Requirements

• Full driving licence is mandatory.
• Ability to be able to drive both manual and automatic vans.
• At least one years' experience doing deliveries.
• Knowledge of the Cork area
