What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for both experienced hires and early career talent.
• Elevate the Brand: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand.
• Partner with the Business: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top-notch talent.
• Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and make informed decisions.
• Foster Internal Mobility: Support our employees' career growth by facilitating internal talent movement.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong experience in recruitment in both experienced hire and early careers
• Experience working in professional services
• A strategic mindset and passion for talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• A knack for building relationships and influencing stakeholders
• Analytical mindset – be able to work with data and use data to drive change
• A data-driven approach to problem-solving

Salary - €55,000 - €65,000 plus great benefits
