• Develop and maintain up-to-date compliance policies and procedures.
• Stay abreast of current insurance market, regulatory, and industry news.
• Help assess the potential impact of new regulatory requirements on the company's business lines.
• Provide training and awareness initiatives to the business on topics including financial crime, data protection, and more.
• Conduct independent reviews and testing to ensure compliance.
• Support the Head of Compliance and wider Compliance Team in providing a comprehensive compliance service to the company.

• You have a minimum of 6 years' experience working in a compliance role in the life assurance industry.
• You are a holder of the Compliance Institute's Licentiate of Compliance Institute (LCI) designation with up-to-date CPD.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
• You are a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
• You have a strong understanding of life assurance regulatory requirements.

Remuneration Package & Hybrid Model.  2 days in the office
