Facilities Technical Leal – Multi-site

About the Company

We are currently looking to recruit a facilities Lead to work on some exciting projects with one of Ireland’s well know utilities providers, based in the North West. This role would suit someone who comes from a technical background and has experience working in a multi-site capacity. A keen eye for innovation and improvement is sought for this role and you will be encouraged to think outside the fault line and express yourself in the projects you take on.

About the Position
Within the role you will be involved in

• Working across a a number of facilities and take responsibility for project upgrades

• Manage stakeholders

• Manage a team of facilities technicians from various backgrounds.

• Managing vendors and contracts.

• Manage SLA’s and subcontractor delivery

• Use your creative side to create ideas and project on how best to improve the site

• Experience in security, property management, spatial planning, capital projects and building management.

For this role you must have

• 5 years’ experience in a facilities role.

• Experienced in planning for large facilities

• A creative mentality

• A positive attitude and the excellent work ethic.

• People management skills.
