Branch Inspections: Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify hazards, recommend solutions, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Training & Induction: Deliver effective Health and Safety training programs and inductions to employees, and other stakeholders.

Incident Reporting: Manage and report any accidents, incidents, or near-misses, ensuring proper investigation and follow-up actions are taken.

Compliance: Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure projects meet statutory Health and Safety requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Branch Managers and staff to foster a culture of safety excellence.
- Documentation and Corporate Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, audits, ESG reporting, and incident reports for internal and external review.
