Our client is an international insurance company in Dublin and are seeking a Group Financial Accountant to join their team initially on a 12 month contract but with likelihood of being made permanent. 
The role is based in their Dublin city centre office and offers flexible hybrid working.

Job details:

• Setting up and running a quarterly reporting cycle
• Preparing and reviewing consolidation templates and schedules
• Supporting business units through the reporting process
• Assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts
• Improving the financial reporting process
• Supporting the design and maintenance of a Group Compliance and Internal Controls Framework
• Contributing to various projects to enhance the consolidation process

Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, CPA, or ACCA)
• Consolidations experience advantageous
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage projects

• €70,000 - €80,000 
• 10% completion Bonus
