2nd Level Support Technician (Field-Based & On the Road) 

We’re looking for skilled 2nd Level Support Technicians to join a leading nationwide IT managed services company. This exciting field-based role involves working on the road, delivering technical support and solutions to clients across Ireland during standard working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote and desk-side support to end users, troubleshooting PC and software issues.
  • Build, configure, and deploy computers and devices following company standards.
  • Perform diagnostics and support for hardware, handheld devices (iOS & Android), and printers.
  • Conduct on-site repairs, installations, and re-imaging tasks.
  • Manage asset tracking, collaborate on hardware needs, and resolve technical challenges.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in desktop support.
  • CompTIA A+ certification is mandatory.
  • Hands-on SCCM experience is required.
  • Basic networking knowledge, including patching and cabling.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10Microsoft Office, and Office365.
  • Excellent customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly with customers and management.
  • Full clean driving license is essential.
