Business Development Manager

Looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading Media group based in Dublin center. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships in the advertising media industry as well as  identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and engaging with prospective clients. 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients within the advertising media industry
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and represent the company at events to expand reach.
•  Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, track sales metrics, and report progress toward revenue goals.

Experience/Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in business development or sales within the advertising media industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
