HR Business Partner 

About the Position

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll manage daily HR operations while playing a key role in people-related projects and initiatives. This is an opportunity to collaborate with department heads and senior managers, shaping the people agenda across various functions, alongside a supportive HR team. This role has a hybrid working model, with up to 3 days in the Dublin office each week and a competitive salary.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Contribute to the development and implementation of the HR strategy. 

  • Trusted Advisor & Partner: Provide expert advice and support to management on all people-related matters. 

  • Employee Champion: Act as a primary HR contact, offering guidance and fostering a positive work environment. 

  • Project Management: Lead and participate in a range of business projects with a people agenda. 

  • Comprehensive HR Expertise: Implement programs aligned with business strategy across talent, development, compensation, ER, and D&I. 

  • Proactive ER/IR Management: Expertly handle employee and industrial relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and policy adherence. 

  • Ethical & Influential: Demonstrate strong integrity, business ethics, and the ability to influence at various levels. 

  • Effective Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Express ideas clearly and build strong working relationships. 

  • Coaching & Engagement Focus: Foster employee development and drive engagement initiatives. 

  • Sound Decision-Making: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed judgments.

Experience/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. 

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role. 

  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices. 

  • Experience of managing grievances and disciplinary processes 

  • Fully competent in Excel and Microsoft office packages 

  • HR Knowledge – knowledgeable in all areas of HR; theory and best practice 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. 

  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration Package

€65,000 - €75,000
