So, what would be fantastic to see from you would be that you're a predominantly a Lead Full stack engineer who dabbles in some frontend components. Ratio is approx. 70/30 in favour of backend side.
It is a senior position, someone at the level where they do not need to fill many knowledge gaps, they need to hit the ground running and can act as a project and people lead, guiding the team throughout at time and working closely with Managers and Directors on the team.

Technically speaking you will be experienced with the following:
The Lead Full Stack Engineer will have passion for clean code, a hunger to take on challenging and exciting projects as well as an unrelenting drive to learn and deliver.



Java Spring SQL Microservices
Figma, React, NodeJS, TypeScript
AWS/AZURE/Google cloud/Microservices Architecture
CI/CD GitHub




The company itself is quite large, works at huge scale, but each team has a startup feel so best of both worlds.  2024/2025 is going to be a huge year for them.
You will be developing solutions within a large data environment, lots of great projects in the pipeline and kicking off.

Salary €90,000-110,000, shares, health insurance for entire family, 26-28 days annual leave and pension and many other little goodies! Hybrid model 1/2 days a week in super offices-rest from home.


Interview process involves a "Get to know you chat" followed by a hands-on technical round and a culture fit interview. All in all, 2 rounds.
