My client is seeking an OTC Derivatives Specialist for their Middle Office team, where flexibility, problem-solving, and excellent communication are key. You'll support Investments, acting as an intermediary between Trading desks and Back Office functions, monitoring Trade Matching and Settlement for CDS and TRS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with traders and escalate issues as needed.
- Monitor trade matching status and resolve issues with brokers.
- Ensure accurate setup of new funds and reflect any changes internally and externally.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Client Services, and other internal teams to resolve trade flow queries.
- Build and maintain relationships with Custodians, Fund Accountants, and brokers.
- Participate in reviews with brokers and third parties to resolve issues.
- Investigate and resolve claims related to trade workflow.
- Contribute to local and global projects.
- Support external clients and structured OTC workflows.

Qualifications:
- Experience with OTC Derivatives preferred.
- Knowledge of OTC Derivative instruments, EMIR, UMR, and Clearing requirements.
- Familiarity with TradeServ/DTCC, MarkitWire, and Murex is a plus.
- Fluent in English; French is a bonus.
