Talent Acquisition and EVP Specialist
About the Position
Our client based in north Dublin have recently restructured their HR team and as a result are looking to onboard a Talent Acquisition and Employee Value Proposition Specialist. This is a newly created position and as such provide a blank canvas and an opportunity to make this role your own. This is an exceptional opportunity with huge variety and provides the potential to grow and mentor team and will have support from the HR Generalist and administration team
Key Responsibilities
Market the EVP to attract talent while also implementing effective ways to attract and retain talent.
Develop and implement a strategy which will deliver a positive onboarding experience for New Hires.
Manage the Exit Interview process in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition team, sharing insights, trends and feedback with relevant stakeholders with the view to propose solutions surrounding retention.
Own and drive an enhanced candidate experience
Lead, develop and mentor the talent acquisition team
Support end to end recruitment to ensure timely turnaround times and a first-class experience for all stakeholders
Work alongside the HR Business Partners to plan recruitment intake.
In conjunction with the Talent Acquisition team, advertise roles through appropriate channels, shortlist candidates for interview, participate in interviews and reference checking.
Act as a key driver in the design and implementation of improvements and enhancements to the Recruitment & Selection processes.
Monitor and improve the time to hire candidates across all vacancies.
In conjunction with Learning & Organisational Development, redesign and implement enhanced interview skills training for board members, internal candidates and HR.
Provide regular data reports and updates to HR Management and stakeholders regarding recruitment metrics and delivery to assist in managing stakeholder expectations.
Assess return on investment on current advertising avenues and other recruitment tools and explore and identify new and innovative options for discussion with HR Management.
Experience/Requirements
A minimum of five years’ experience working in Talent Acquisition in a recruitment company or as an In-house Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist in an organisation with at least three years at a senior level.
A primary degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related area
Relevant experience in driving and supporting Employee Value Proposition.
Extensive knowledge of recruitment trends, tools and technology.
Experience in managing a team of talent acquisition professionals
Ability to provide a customer-focused service, to work in a team and under tight deadlines and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining results oriented.
Extensive track record of procedure development and process improvement.
Remuneration Package
€60,000 - €75,000 plus benefits
