Executive Committees Governance Manager Opportunity

This Dublin-based role offers a unique opportunity to become a strategic partner within the Executive Committees team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and effective oversight of our Executive Committees, directly impacting sound corporate governance practices.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support and guidance to the Executive Committees and senior management on governance matters.
Partner with Committee Chairs to develop clear and actionable agendas for efficient and productive meetings.
Take meticulous minutes, capturing key decisions and action items for seamless follow-up.
Oversee the entire committee lifecycle, including scheduling, materials distribution, and post-meeting action tracking.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong communication and alignment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar governance or company secretarial role.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Impeccable organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
