You’ll be ensuring the company website are secure, user-friendly, and drive business goals.
You'll lead a team of web professionals, manage projects, and collaborate across departments to keep in keeping with the digital strategy.
What You'll Do:
Oversee website development, security, maintenance, and optimization across various platforms (AEM, WordPress)
Manage website updates, analyze user data, and recommend improvements
Lead a team, set goals, and foster a collaborative work environment
Partner with stakeholders to align website initiatives with business objectives
Stay informed about digital trends and implement innovative solutions
Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
Work closely with various teams to ensure all assets are secure
Who You Are:
A tech-savvy leader with 3+ years of experience managing commercial digital products
A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively at all levels
An analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable strategies
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
A passionate individual with a drive for exceptional user experiences
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong technical background in website management, SEO, security compliance, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with AEM or similar, Adobe Analytics, Dynamic Media, Algolia
Understanding and experienced with integrated operations and third-party partnerships
