What You'll Do:

• Oversee website development, security, maintenance, and optimization across various platforms (AEM, WordPress)
• Manage website updates, analyze user data, and recommend improvements
• Lead a team, set goals, and foster a collaborative work environment
• Partner with stakeholders to align website initiatives with business objectives
• Stay informed about digital trends and implement innovative solutions
• Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Work closely with various teams to ensure all assets are secure

• A tech-savvy leader with 3+ years of experience managing commercial digital products
• A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively at all levels
• An analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable strategies
• A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A passionate individual with a drive for exceptional user experiences

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong technical background in website management, SEO, security compliance, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with AEM or similar, Adobe Analytics, Dynamic Media, Algolia
• Understanding and experienced with integrated operations and third-party partnerships
