Client Services Specialist - Investment Funds Technology

Role Overview: Seeking a candidate with experience in delivering excellent client service in outsourced technology or service provision within the investment funds or asset management industries. This individual will lead client service activities related to technology business.
The Business Implementation & Support team manages all aspects of client services for the Technology's international clients. This includes support for the Investment Platform, Trading, Middle Office, Data Management, and other key services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily client support to international technology clients, ensuring prompt resolution of any service issues or queries.
• Coordinate with internal business support teams to deliver all contracted services as expected.
• Participate in and manage regular service calls, including service reviews and due diligence requests.
• Produce and monitor agreed KPIs and MIS.
• Manage and support new client requests and business initiatives, including coordinating change requests.
• Collaborate with global internal teams to ensure service alignment and prioritize new requests from internal teams, regulators, or auditors.
• Support the review and updating of all agreed SLAs and operating memorandums.
• Oversee all general aspects of service delivery.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with OTC cash collateral and trade repository reporting activities, outsourced to a third party.
• Support fund onboarding activities by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in client service for an outsourced technology or service provider.
• Good knowledge of the asset management and funds industry ecosystem.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage but not required.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional service delivery to valued clients.
