Internal Auditor

About the Company

Our client is an international financial services company who are seeking an Internal Auditor join their team. This person will execute audit plans, independently and as a team. You'll deliver audits on time, present findings to management, and offer recommendations. Strong communication, analytical skills, and a relevant professional qualification or part-qualification are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute audit engagements in accordance with the Internal Audit plan, encompassing various areas of the business.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying control weaknesses and recommending improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to management.
• Support the Internal Audit Manager on various projects.

Experience/Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification or part-qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIIA) preferred.
• Risk-based assurance experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of internal control, risk management, and governance.
• Team player with strong ethical standards.

Remuneration Package

• Salary in the region of €55,000 - €65,000 depending on experience
